Customisation – Hole Cutting - Painting

Hammond can deliver enclosures ready for your shop floor. Every box needs at the very least one cut-out. Hammond has three Haas machines which can very accurately cut holes for cables, connectors, LED's etc. Hammond can also paint the enclosure in any colour you require so it arrives to your factory ready to go on to the shop floor avoiding the hassle of sending it out to subcontractors. Please ask for a quote.

Cable Glands
These are high quality cable glands which we use for our own manufactured PDU's.

Rated IP 68 which gives the maximum protection.

Although it is possible to stick two or more cables through the same gland it invalidates the IP rating.

In addition to the above two parts we can supply glands to fit cables up to 50 mm in 5 colours. Please call the office.
